Her journey began as a Public Relations Intern at the United Nations, where she ignited her passion for the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), human well-being, and peace.

Transitioning to the role of Customer Associate and later Sales Executive at Bunny Studio, Donia honed her skills in customer engagement and satisfaction. Her journey took an entrepreneurial turn when she co-founded and led Tarina startup, showcasing her leadership and innovation in the business realm.

As the Operations Manager at Dandy, Donia brought operational excellence to the forefront, contributing to the strategic growth of the organization. Today, she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of work as the Business Development Manager at 4 Day Week Global, leveraging her expertise to drive positive change in work cultures worldwide.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Donia is a freelance voiceover artist and singer, adding a creative dimension to her profile. Notably, she embarked on her career by auditioning for the Moana movie in Disney Egypt, reflecting her early passion for the arts.

Donia is also a certified UX researcher from the Interaction Design Foundation in London where she graduated top 3% in 2022. She has a Bachelors degree from Cairo University in Business Administration. Her diverse background, coupled with a genuine dedication to well-being, innovation, and customer success, sets her apart in the professional landscape.
